Both! We capture high-resolution aerial photography and cinematic 4K video. Most clients receive a package that includes edited stills and a polished video deliverable. We can tailor the scope to exactly what you need — just let us know your goals when you reach out.

We arrive at the agreed location and time, ready to fly. We conduct a quick site assessment, confirm the shot list with you, and get in the air. We capture all planned angles and any additional opportunistic shots. You're welcome to be present and provide direction throughout — we want the result to match your vision exactly.

We recommend booking at least 3–5 business days in advance to allow time for scheduling and airspace authorization if required. For larger or more complex projects — multi-day shoots, controlled airspace, or rush turnarounds — earlier notice is always better. That said, reach out even on short notice and we'll do our best.

Safety is our top priority — we won't fly in unsafe conditions including high winds, heavy rain, or poor visibility. If weather prevents the shoot, we'll reschedule at no additional charge. We monitor forecasts closely and will communicate with you in advance if a reschedule looks likely, so you're never caught off guard.

Pricing depends on the scope of the project — location, duration, deliverables, and complexity. Every project is quoted individually so you only pay for what you actually need. We offer competitive rates for single shoots, day rates for larger projects, and retainer packages for ongoing content partnerships. Contact us for a custom quote.

Yes. For clients who need regular aerial content — real estate agents, property developers, brands running ongoing marketing campaigns — we offer retainer agreements with scheduled shoot days and priority turnaround. This is often the most cost-effective option for high-volume clients. Ask us about retainer pricing when you reach out.

There are no travel fees within our standard service area (Niagara Region and GTA). For locations outside this area, a nominal travel fee may apply — we'll be upfront about this in your quote. We always aim to keep things transparent with no hidden costs.

Standard turnaround is 48 hours from the shoot date. For larger or more complex edits, we'll give you an accurate timeline upfront. Rush delivery can often be accommodated — just let us know your deadline when booking.

All files are delivered via a secure, shareable download link — typically through Google Drive or a similar platform. Links are active for at least 30 days, giving you plenty of time to download and back up your content. Let us know if you need an alternative delivery method.

Video is delivered in 4K resolution (3840×2160), edited and colour-graded, in MP4 format. Photography is delivered as high-resolution JPEGs, colour-corrected and ready for web, print, or MLS upload. RAW files (DNG for photos, original log footage for video) are available on request — just mention this when booking.

Yes. We include one round of revisions with every project — colour adjustments, music changes, clip reordering, and similar edits. We want you to love the final product. Additional revision rounds can be arranged if needed. The best way to minimize revisions is a clear brief upfront, which we'll help you develop before the shoot.

Absolutely — and we highly recommend it for real estate and tourism shoots. Sunrise and sunset light transforms aerial footage dramatically. We're flexible on scheduling and happy to plan around optimal light conditions. Just mention your preference when booking and we'll build the shoot time accordingly.

We are exclusively an aerial drone photography and videography company — we do not offer indoor or interior photography of any kind. Our work is entirely outdoors from the air. If you need interior photography for your real estate listing or project, we're happy to refer you to a trusted ground photographer in the Niagara Region or GTA.

Yes — and it's one of our specialties. We deliver content formatted for Instagram Reels (9:16 vertical), YouTube (16:9), and square formats for feed posts. For brands and ongoing marketing clients, we can develop a full social content strategy around your aerial shoots to maximize reach and engagement across every platform.

Yes — this is something we're particularly proud of. Wild Above works as an embedded aerial marketing partner for select brands, including EcoChalet Homes. We cover everything from shoot days and editing to YouTube strategy, social media content, email marketing, event visuals, and print collateral. Yes. Wild Above operates in full compliance with Transport Canada regulations. Our pilots hold the required certifications for commercial drone operations, and all flights are conducted safely and legally. We handle all necessary airspace authorizations and permits as part of our service.

Yes, Wild Above carries commercial drone liability insurance. If your project requires proof of insurance or a Certificate of Insurance (COI), just ask and we'll provide it ahead of the shoot.

Flying in controlled airspace (near airports, heliports, or other restricted zones) requires a Special Flight Operations Certificate (SFOC) or digital authorization through Transport Canada's NAV DRONE system. We are experienced with these applications and will handle the process on your behalf when required. Lead times for approvals vary, so early booking is advised for controlled airspace locations.

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use all delivered content for your stated purposes — marketing, advertising, social media, print, and web. Wild Above retains the copyright to the original footage. If you require full copyright transfer or exclusive rights, this can be arranged as part of your project agreement. We'll outline usage rights clearly in your contract before the shoot.

For shoots on private property, we work with the property owner to ensure proper permissions are in place. For work that involves flying over adjacent private land, we handle all necessary notices and comply fully with Transport Canada's privacy and airspace rules. We take property rights and privacy seriously on every shoot.
